Patio & Outdoor Living
Outdoor Living, Built to Last
Custom patios, pergolas, decks, outdoor kitchens, and more — designed for the Texas lifestyle.
Transform Your Backyard
Your backyard should be an extension of your home — a place to entertain, relax, and make memories. Callender Services designs and builds custom outdoor living spaces that are built tough for Houston's heat, humidity, and heavy rain.
From a simple covered patio to a full outdoor kitchen and entertainment area, we handle every detail from design through final inspection.
Covered Patios & Pergolas
A covered patio or pergola extends your living space outdoors while protecting you from the Texas sun and rain. We build custom structures using wood, aluminum, and composite materials — designed to match your home's architecture and your lifestyle.
- Attached and freestanding pergola designs
- Insulated patio covers for year-round comfort
- Custom sizing and material options
- Ceiling fans, lighting, and electrical rough-in
Outdoor Kitchens & Grilling Areas
Take your cookouts to the next level with a fully built-in outdoor kitchen. We design and construct custom grilling stations, countertops, cabinetry, and utility connections — everything you need to cook, serve, and entertain outside.
- Built-in grill and smoker stations
- Granite and concrete countertops
- Refrigerator, sink, and utility hookups
- Weather-resistant cabinetry and storage
Decks & Wood Structures
A well-built deck adds usable square footage and serious curb appeal. We build ground-level and elevated decks using pressure-treated lumber, composite decking, and hardwoods — engineered to handle Houston's climate and built to code.
- Pressure-treated and composite decking options
- Ground-level and elevated deck designs
- Railings, stairs, and built-in seating
- Permitted and code-compliant construction
Fire Pits & Seating Areas
A custom fire pit turns your backyard into a gathering place year-round. We build gas and wood-burning fire pits with built-in seating walls, flagstone surrounds, and landscape integration — designed to be the centerpiece of your outdoor space.
- Gas and wood-burning fire pit options
- Built-in seating walls and benches
- Flagstone, brick, and concrete surrounds

The right hardscape ties your entire outdoor space together. We install stamped concrete, poured concrete slabs, and paver systems for patios, walkways, driveways, and pool decks — durable surfaces that look great and hold up to heavy use.

- Brick, travertine, and concrete pavers
- Patio slabs, walkways, and pool decks
